On Tuesday 20th January 2026, something refreshingly different is blooming in Garstang! Bluebells & Daisies, the award-winning Lancashire wedding florist known for its seasonal, locally-sourced floral artistry, is swapping wedding bouquets for pints and pairing flowers with fellas for a truly unique evening — Blokes & Blooms at 19 Kitchen & Bar.
🍻 A Pub Night With a Twist
Let’s face it — nights out for blokes don’t usually involve floral workshops. But this event is all about breaking the mould.
Blokes & Blooms invites men (young and old!) to come along for:
A chilled, no-pressure floral making session
A pint or two in great company
Good tunes from a crowd-built playlist
Laughs and creativity — no awkward feelings circle in sight
Whether you’ve never touched a stem before or you’re just up for something different, this is not your typical craft night. It’s about having fun, trying your hand at something new, and connecting with people in a relaxed environment — all without forcing any deep chats or serious “feelings” conversations.

Blokes & Blooms isn’t just about flowers — it’s about community and connection. That’s why Bluebells & Daisies has teamed up with Andy’s Man Club, a charity dedicated to ending the stigma surrounding men’s mental health by encouraging open, honest conversation in a supportive peer setting.
Although the event promises no mandatory deep talk, it creates a space where blokes can be themselves — hang out, be creative, and perhaps meet someone new who’s up for a laugh over blooms and beers.
