In the unlikely event of your blooms not living up to your expectations, please contact us on the day of receipt to discuss.  Unfortunately we will be unable to resolve any issues that are brought to our attention after this period.

Gift orders may be returned unopened and in their original packaging either in person or via Royal Mail to the shop address.  Please note, the cost of returning any items through the post will be at your own expense.
