Pilates & Pints!

Following on from the success of our recent 'Blokes & Blooms' event, we would like to invite the men of Lancashire to our next mad idea... 'Pilates & Pints'!

Again partnering with Andy's Man Club, it's an excuse to get out of the house and try something different, meet some new faces and face the hilarity of stepping out of your comfort zone (with or without leotards)!! Life is not for doing on your own and we want to be part of a movement that supports and encourages men to talk more openly about mental health - and sometimes that is easier done in a different space to home or work (or the sports field).

Our events never force deep and meaningful conversations - they are simply about doing something different and if that makes you feel good afterwards, we have done our job.
